Our Returns Policy

Products sold by Procom Enterprises Ltd. are covered under our 15-day money back guarantee, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by 15-day money back guarantee are specified on the product's individual page as well as the special exceptions section below.
All returns covered under our 15-day money back guarantee are subject to the following:
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Procom Enterprises Ltd. must accompany all returns.
  • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15-days from the date the product was received by you. After 15-days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 20 days from the date of issuance.
  • All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. Procom Enterprises Ltd. will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. Overclocking, or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip. All chipped CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
  • Procom Enterprises Ltd. does not offer cross ship service.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
  • After 15-days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see product's individual page for further details on warranty coverage.

  • Arrangement for a return must be made within 15-days from the date the item is shipped.
  • 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
  • Products that are defective and/or the seal of included software is broken, can only be returned for repair / replacement.
  • All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

    After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

    1. Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.
    2. Return the item in its original packaging to:

    Unauthorized Returns

    Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
    Warranty Service

    For warranty service, please check the product page to find out who the warranty provider is for your particular product. In all cases, you must have a RMA number. If Procom Enterprises Ltd. is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from us. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Please see the Manufacturer Warranty Section for full details.
    Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

By placing an order at Procom Enterprises Ltd..com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized Procom Enterprises Ltd. to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Procom Enterprises Ltd..com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

    When we ship

    Most orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of the order. Your order may be delayed if your ship to address does not match what your credit card issuer has on their file. We verify all addresses for protection against fraud. Some orders that are shipped from fulfillment warehouses may require longer for the item to ship. We may also ship the orders with multiple items from different warehouses so it is possible you get the items on different days. Due to the many circumstances such as unable to charge your card or verify your address, we cannot guarantee when your order is shipped out. Also if you choose next day air service, it does not necessarily mean you will get it the next day from the order date, it means that you will get it the next day from the date we ship the order.

    Shipping Delays

    Once an order is shipped, it is up to UPS to deliver the product, we will not be able to stop the shipment once it is shipped. If UPS loses the package, UPS will put a tracer on the package. Tracers take around 3 days for air packages and 7 business days for ground packages. We will not be able to ship out replacement packages until UPS confirms that the package is lost/will not be delivered to its destination and they will reimburse us. Without confirmation from UPS, we will not know for sure if you will get two shipments if we ship out another one. Another delay is if there is no one to sign for the package, every package we ship usually requires a signature, if a package is returned to us because no one was available to sign for it or the address was input incorrectly at the time you enter the order, you will be charged again to ship it out a second time.
